Demivie is a classic three-story Ligurian townhouse nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of La Serra, just 800 meters from Lerici’s lively center. A short stroll from the property offers breathtaking panoramic views across the Gulf of Poets. The ground floor features a cool, welcoming common area, perfect for storing your beach or hiking gear.
On the first floor, the Aria Room awaits, decorated in chic black and white tones and complete with a private bathroom, offering everything you need after a day by the sea or an adventure on the water or bike trails. The second floor hosts the Terra Room, with warm, soothing colors and a cozy double bed with an en-suite bathroom. Here you’ll also find the Acqua Room, a split-level space designed with younger guests in mind, featuring a double bed and a charming staircase leading up to the bathroom.
On the top floor, I reside! I’m always available to help with any needs or questions you may have. In the morning, enjoy an in-room breakfast with fresh pastries, focaccia, hot drinks, and fruit juices; or head to Caffè Evora in the charming church square, where you can soak in the panoramic view over the Gulf of Poets.
In La Serra, children still play freely in the streets, and at Demivie, they are more than welcome. Kids up to age 12 stay free (excluding breakfast)! For the little ones, we provide a bottle warmer, travel crib, baby bath, high chair, and mealtime accessories.
