From today 06/24/2014 vacation in impact (almost) zero at Villa Chiara started operating the PV system!
Villa Chiara is the home of a family who loves travelling, art and nature.
We were ourselves guests in familiar touristic structures in many European countries and we hailed with joy the arrival in Italy of this kind of hospitality, so that we immediately decided to join it but, this time, as innkeepers!
In this way it seems to us to breathe the air of travels all over the year, even when we are at home.
For the same reason (sometimes we run the risk to sleep in the car) we accept guests even just for one night, we are almost always open and if we are fully booked, we are able to help you in finding another place. We are closed only when we leave the role of innkeepers to take the one of travelers, and in that case, you’ll find on the door the telephone number of structures similar to ours.
The rooms furniture is made of family antiques or simply practical and functional pieces, depending on the room. The facilities and services are very recent and well made.
Only available for weekly rentals a separate apartment with 1 or 2 bedrooms available, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with panoramic terrace.
We love animals, so that they are consequently very welcome here. We permanently host three cats, 7 fishes and, in our garden, there are several hives.
Here you can get information not only about places to visit nearby Montepulciano, but also in the beautiful nearby Umbria.
Only 2 minutes walk from Porta al Prato, which gives access to the course of the Pearl of the Cinquecento with its fine Renaissance palaces, local restaurants and shops. Only a minute walk separates the building from the garden Poggiofanti (Children's games), from the supermarket, the bus station (take the Chiusi train station), the square of the market on Thursday, the center of the elevator.
Guests can park in front of the structure of the last parking fee before the Old Town which is closed to traffic. For the lazy from the nearby bus station is also possible to quickly arrive at the Piazza Grande at the top of the country with urban buses.
Given the strategic position of Villa Clara is a great starting point for excursions by car in the area (eg, Pienza and Val d'Orcia in 20 minutes) and at the same time to visit the city 'of Montepulciano for dinner or to reach on foot its restaurants.
