A wonderful and modern furnished 67m2 apartment with 55m2 open terrace awaits you in the famous Mariahilf district of Vienna. This warmly lit and minimalistic apartment has a huge rooftop private terrace, 2 bedrooms and it can host up to 6 guests.

The space
The 67 m2 apartment on the last floor provides you everything you need: space, intimacy, cosiness, place to work, place to rest and have fun. Imagine those sunsets in the evening!
For your convenience there are radiators in the apartment as well, if a fire is not to your liking.
For entertainment there is a SmartTV with a variety of international channels and Netflix, a separate music stereo system, several books and games.
Speaking of things that are fully stocked, the colourfully lit and with good brand appliances outfitted kitchen comes fully equipped featuring an oven, fridge and freezer and cooktop. The kitchen also comes with plates, cutlery, pots, pans, bottle openers, a mixer, a coffee machine with a foam maker, a kettle and tea, salt oil and other essentials.
The apartment contains 1.5 bathroom (separated toilet), all of which are richly decorated and spacious. Available to use for guests is a washing machine (detergent must be purchased by guests), a hair dryer, first aid kit, an iron and an ironing board. To bathe there is a combination bath and shower with special entrance for elderly or motorically limited guests. All essentials, towels, linens, etc. are provided.
The bedrooms are spacious, each around 15 m2 and features a wide windows where you can enjoy sunlights and skylights. If it's too hot, there are also window shadows for you to bring more calmness to the rooms. Each beds are: 180cm x 200cm and 160cm x 200cm.
In addition, both bedrooms contains a large wardrobes.
The apartment is available with a garage parking spot which is for your disposal 24/7.
The terrace is definitely one of the best features of the apartment. It can be accessed from the living/dining room and is truly the summer heart of the home. The terrace features in spring trees and a plants as well as a 180-degree view of Vienna featuring few well known buildings in Vienna.
In addition, there is an outdoor fireplace and hammock. There is very comfortable place for over 10 guests, you can use corner sofa, sofa bench and bar hockers. It is very private and intimate, and in our opinion one of the best places to enjoy Vienna in the open and free air of Summer. The terrace is stairs-free.
The building itself is equipped with an elevator, and the surrounding area, Mariahilf, is a paradise for travellers and those who likes to feel the city life and feel like a local. There is also a variety of shops, banks, and and restaurants. We share with our guests our recommendations after booking the apartment.
We will be also happy to advise you how to rent City Bikes and rent a local cars.

Guests can access apartment, terrace, garage as well as kids trolley room.
Towels, hair dryer, hand towels, shower gel, shampoo, soaps in each bathrooms, toilet papers, kitchen towels, bed-sheets, TV & Internet are included in price.
